Scrapbooking Club Membership Agreement

Answers to FAQ’s
- A Scrapbooking
Club Member is one who is on the autoship program and agrees to receive
each month’s Class in a Box for a minimum of 3 months. There is no fee for membership over & above the
price of the kit.
- To become a member
you must fill out the Membership Sign-Up found through the link at the end of this agreement.
- At that time you
will receive a Scrap Jammies Member Number. You must then make your first
purchase using this number.
- Note: Due
to security precautions if you do not make your first purchase
immediately following the Membership Sign-Up your number will not be
activated until you email us for manual activation. info@scrapjammies.com
- Submitting your
first order using your SJ Member Number activates your membership &
ability to access member pricing & member areas of the website. This
order will ship within 1-2 business days.
- The automated charge on your
credit card will occur on the 1st of each month following your initial
purchase.
- The Class in a Box you receive directly corresponds with the
month i.e. August 1st we bill and ship the August Class in a Box.
- The monthly charge includes the Class in a Box, s/h & any
additional items you’ve placed in add to kit. (+ tax IL residents)
PLEASE
NOTE: Your CC will be charged for the Class in a Box each month unless
you cancel your membership as described below. We will not be able to accept
chargebacks unless you have previously terminated your membership and we have
failed to process it.
Shipping Info
- Scrap Jammies ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our website is integrated with USPS so the shipping charges reflect actual postage plus a handling fee. We are willing to ship worldwide.
- Daily orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders autocharged on the 1st of the month will leave Scrap Jammies by the 7th of the month. The Post Office then randomly processes the boxes over the next several days.
- Although rare, there are occasional delays in the delivery of a package. This may be due to the postal service or customs and we will handle these situations on an order by order basis.
Damaged or Missing Product
- All of our kits are lovingly and carefully hand packed, but we realize that there may be the occasional problem with something damaged or missing from a kit. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your kit so that we can arrange to have the components replaced for you.
Return Policy
- One of the many advantages of this membership is experiencing a wide range of looks and styles. We realize that occasionally there may be a layout that you do not care for. We hope that you will be open to trying new looks, but if you find that you really dislike a layout we suggest you consider sharing it with a friend or giving it as a gift. In the event that you decide to return a kit, it must be received by SJ, complete with all components unused and resalable, within 30 days of purchase. Returned kits will not count towards your membership agreement. Refunds will be applied upon receipt of the return here at Scrap Jammies. We recommend you apply delivery confirmation to confirm your return.
- Due to the cost of processing returns, Scrap Jammies will charge a restocking fee of 6% for products returned or requested restocked:
- If you have had them charged to your credit card, whether by your actions or by the terms of the autobilling, as per this agreement AND/OR
- after they have been shipped from Scrap Jammies to you.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable on returns.
Cancellations
- You will receive a Class in a Box every month until you email us to cancel your membership. To cancel click on this link: Cancel My Membership. You should receive an email confirming your cancellation. If not, please contact us via phone at 630.365.0302.
Reactivation
- If you have signed as a member but your membership is not currently active you may have your membership reactivated by emailing us with your request at info@scrapjammies.com. Please include your full name, city and state in this request. You should receive an email confirming your reactivation within 24 hours. If not, please contact us via phone at 630.365.0302.
